Practice Listening

Good listening is the key to skillful communication and can be mastered through practice. I could understand this only during the core committee meeting at MCA. Dr. Mitra listening and skill communication at the meeting appeared to me, as he had practised listening skills and could engage the recipients at will.
Before this meeting, I had learnt that listening is keeping quiet. but it is much more than not speaking.
